Schedule:

Full-time, Monday - Friday 40 hours per week

Qualifications:

Valid and current Physical Therapy license (CA) Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program Prior clinical experience in a hospital or subacute/skilled nursing setting preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse care teams

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Implement a range of therapy modalities to support patient progress Document patient progress and maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and therapy staff to support optimal patient outcomes Provide education to patients and families on therapy goals and home programs
