Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Valid PT license in the state of Massachusetts (or eligibility for reciprocal licensure) Experience in an outpatient hospital setting preferred Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and professional standards Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
