Valid license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado (or eligibility to obtain). Demonstrated clinical expertise in outpatient and hospital-based physical therapy services. Strong documentation and compliance skills, including adherence to medical record guidelines. Commitment to continuing education and professional development. Effective communicator and educator with patients, families, students, and coworkers. Adherence to professional and ethical codes of conduct.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans. Modify and implement interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes and safe community reintegration. Delegate and direct therapy services within the multidisciplinary team. Serve as an educator and role model for patients, families, students, and peers. Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation. Ensure safety and quality by adhering to organizational policies, with emphasis on safe patient handling and environmental awareness.
