Desired Qualifications:
Experience in hospital-based outpatient therapy (Physical Therapy) Current, active PT license (or eligibility) for Maine Demonstrated ability to evaluate, develop, and implement comprehensive treatment plans Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with multidisciplinary teams, patients & families Commitment to professional growth, including participation in continuing education Strong organizational and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Complete thorough patient evaluations and create individualized therapy goals and plans Deliver evidence-based therapy, monitor patient progress, and adapt plans accordingly Document all care, assessments, and communications clearly and accurately Adhere to clinic protocols and compliance standards, including confidentiality and safety Educate patients, families, and healthcare partners on therapy processes and patient progress Foster a supportive and positive clinical learning environment for students if assigned Engage in organization's performance improvement initiatives and maintain required credentials
