Schedule/Hours:
Monday, Wednesday:
10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday:
8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. No weekends, no major holidays, no on-call requirements!
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience in an outpatient setting (2+ years preferred) Valid Massachusetts PT license BLS for Healthcare Providers (AHA or American Red Cross) Expertise in patient handling and transfer techniques Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills Effective time management, self-directed, flexible, and able to multi-task
Responsibilities:
Deliver patient-centered therapy interventions for outpatient clients Perform evaluations, create treatment plans, document progress Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and progress Demonstrate commitment to quality care and continuous improvement
