Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans. Delegate and direct therapy services, ensuring high-quality and safe program design to support community reintegration. Educate patients, families, students, and peers on treatment, safety, and best practices. Maintain clear, concise, and accurate medical documentation in line with clinical and regulatory guidelines. Uphold organizational and professional codes of conduct, safety protocols, and attendance standards. Support student learning and contribute to professional development programs. Identify and address safety hazards, promote a safe work environment, and adhere to the 10 Foot Circle of Safety protocols. Actively engage in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives.Desired Qualifications:
Valid and active state licensure for Physical Therapy. Prior experience in hospital or outpatient therapy preferred. Strong clinical reasoning, organizational, and communication skills. Committed to professional growth and ethical practice standards.Exceptional Benefits:
