Bartender

Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to all safety and quality standards Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glasses, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub or banquet settings, while complying with liquor laws and responsible serving policies Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events like catering or banquets, ensuring timely delivery of orders Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments; retail math skills are a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in the food industry Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining high service standards Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math applications in food service settings Previous experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with local laws; beverage knowledge including brewing is advantageous Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating lively atmospheres where every guest leaves happy!
