Valid and current Physical Therapy license in Georgia (or eligibility) Previous experience in an outpatient, acute, or hospital therapy setting preferred Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills Demonstrated understanding of best practices for patient and staff safety Commitment to professional ethics, patient-centered care, and continuous professional developmentPrimary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Implement, modify, and document therapy interventions according to patient needs and physician direction Delegate and direct therapy services, ensuring high quality standards Educate patients, families, and colleagues on therapy goals and safety Participate in performance improvement and patient safety initiatives Coach and supervise therapy students as part of ongoing professional growth Maintain compliance with state, federal, and organizational policiesOutstanding Benefits & Perks:
