Qualifications & Experience:
Valid and current licensure to practice Physical Therapy Previous experience in an outpatient or acute hospital setting strongly preferred Strong foundation in evaluation, treatment plan development, and modification Upholds professional codes of conduct, confidentiality, and ethical standards Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous personal development
Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans Document accurately in accordance with all regulatory and facility guidelines Collaborate within interdisciplinary care teams to promote superior patient outcomes Delegate and direct supportive therapy services as appropriate Serve as a clinical educator for patients, families, and peers Adhere to organizational safety initiatives and participate in ongoing performance improvement Maintain licensure and complete continuing education as required
