Qualifications:
Active licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of California (or eligibility) Prior experience in outpatient or hospital therapy settings preferred Demonstrated ability to craft and adapt individualized patient treatment plans Strong documentation skills, familiar with clinical guidelines and insurance processes Commitment to professional ethics, patient confidentiality, and organizational values

Complete comprehensive patient assessments and tailored treatment strategies Document care clearly and accurately to meet all regulatory and clinic standards Deliver therapy services under valid physician orders with diligent oversight Foster a safe care environment with a focus on patient and workplace safety protocols Participate in professional development and guide students when assigned
