Responsibilities include:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients, using advanced clinical reasoning to develop and adjust care plans and goals. Oversee and direct all therapy services for assigned patients to ensure high-quality, functional treatment programs facilitating effective community reintegration. Document care details with accuracy and timeliness, maintaining compliance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines. Provide clear, instructive education for patients, families, students, and colleagues to foster a supportive healing environment. Adhere to facility standards for appearance, attendance, and punctuality, and consistently promote safety for patients and staff. Participate in ongoing professional development through self-initiated learning, continuing education, and involvement in performance improvement initiatives. Comply with state licensure and continuing education requirements, upholding the highest professional and ethical standards.Desired qualifications:
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist. Experience in, or exposure to, outpatient therapy preferred. Demonstrated commitment to patient and staff safety.
