Travel assignmentRole Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive evaluations for all assigned patients and tailor therapy plans to meet individual needs, goals, and physician directives Oversee and delegate therapy services for assigned patients to maximize outcomes and ensure smooth care delivery Design treatment plans that promote safe, speedy returns to community activities Serve as a resource and educator to patients, families, colleagues, and students Champion safety by actively promoting best practices for patient and employee well-being Complete accurate, timely documentation and maintain compliance with clinic, state, and federal guidelines Participate in clinical performance improvement and contribute feedback for ongoing service excellence Engage in ongoing professional development, including self-study, continuing education, and participation in competency programs Adhere to professional ethical standards and maintain licensure in good standingDesired Experience and Skills:
Licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) as required by state law Demonstrated clinical reasoning and evaluation skills in an outpatient/hospital setting Strong commitment to patient safety and superior quality care Effective communicator and collaborative team member Motivated to expand both clinical knowledge and leadership skills through diverse assignmentsBenefits & Perks:
