Schedule & Hours:
9-hour shifts, 4 days per week Rotating weekends
Qualifications & Experience:
Current and valid Physical Therapy license (must be obtained prior to assignment) Prior experience in a hospital setting is highly desirable Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team Flexibility to adapt to rotating weekend shifts
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient evaluations to design and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to optimize therapeutic outcomes Document patient progress and adjust interventions based on assessment data Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and home-care practices Promote safety standards and uphold hospital policies
