  • PT Job Type Travel Elevate patient care and mobility as a dedicated physical therapist within a dynamic hospital outpatient environment.
Licensed professionals are sought to help patients increase mobility, alleviate pain, and gain long-term wellness tools. This opportunity is ideal for those who are passionate about innovative treatment methods and supportive rehabilitation.
Schedule:
Outpatient hours: 8:00am
  • 5:00pm, Monday
  • Thursday; 8:00am
  • 1:00pm, Friday Shifts may also be available from 7:00am
  • 4:00pm or 8:00am
  • 5:00pm Weekend shifts required
Desired Qualifications:
Active Arizona physical therapy license Proven experience working as a physical therapist, preferably in a hospital or outpatient setting Well-versed in a range of treatment modalities and mobility restoration techniques Familiarity with EMR systems, especially ReDoc and MedHost Strong organizational and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to specific mobility and rehabilitation goals Perform various therapy techniques to improve movement, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent future disability Educate patients on best practices to manage conditions for a healthier, more active lifestyle Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including other PTs and healthcare professionals Manage a caseload of approximately 9-11 patients per day Contribute your expertise to a highly supportive team committed to excellence in patient outcomes.
