Schedule/Hours:

8-hour shifts (varied): 8:30am-5:00pm, 9:00am-5:30pm, 9:30am-6:00pm, or 10:30am-7:00pm Monday-Friday with possible weekend shift (with a weekday off when weekend is worked) Schedules are managed monthly by staffing leadership All staff participate in holiday rotations

Desired Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care PT Active California PT license Current BLS certification Proven experience in acute care, orthopedics/total joints, ICU (including ventilated patients), medsurg, and oncology Comfort with Cerner EMR preferred Able to start with minimal orientation and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional inpatient PT care to diverse patient populations across medical/surgical, telemetry, ICU, and cardiac units Collaborate closely with rehab techs, nurses, and physicians for seamless patient care Participate in patient rounds and interdisciplinary team meetings Maintain accurate and timely documentation Adapt to a variety of cases, including vented and cardiac patients
