This Pediatric Physical Therapy role provides exposure to innovative methods and a collaborative team, making it ideal for expanding your clinical experience and resume. Work within a diverse outpatient department treating patients with developmental delays, autism, torticollis, orthopedic needs, and occasionally assist with inpatient care. Gain valuable insights from varied workplace practices and leadership styles, all while helping children reach important milestones.
Schedule/Hours:
Four 10-hour shifts: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Self-schedule your patients, with block time for inpatient evaluations and documentation Flexible scheduling and occasional weekend on-call, with no holiday requirementsQualifications:
Active Colorado PT license required BLS certification required Prior pediatric experience highly preferred Adaptable and comfortable with both outpatient and occasional inpatient acute careResponsibilities:
Manage a caseload of 8-10 pediatric patients daily Treat developmentally delayed, autistic, torticollis, and orthopedic patients, primarily in an outpatient setting Provide support for early intervention and use of a warm water therapy pool Participate in IP evaluations, therapy planning, and documentation Collaborate with a pediatric PTA, rehab aides, and an experienced supervisorPerks & Benefits:
