Travel assignment with flexible scheduling
Key Qualifications:
Current, valid Physical Therapy license (TX or compact eligible) Experience in hospital outpatient therapy preferred Strong communication and clinical documentation skills Commitment to professional code of conduct and ongoing development Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to diverse patient populations Dedication to patient and workplace safety
Primary Responsibilities:
Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans Delegate and direct therapy services for assigned patients in collaboration with the care team Design functional programs to support patients' safe return to the community Educate patients, families, coworkers, and students as needed Complete clear and timely medical documentation Adhere to regulatory and safety standards; maintain licensure and continuing education Actively pursue professional growth through continuing education and organization initiatives
