Schedule/Hours:
Travel/contract position in hospital outpatient care
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Current, active license to practice Physical Therapy (PT) Previous hospital or outpatient PT experience highly desirable Strong skills in evaluation, care planning, and treatment modification Comfortable delegating and directing discipline-specific therapy services Commitment to compliance, safety, and professional codes of conduct
Key Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver therapy services in alignment with physician direction and patients' goals Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation, including goal setting, assessment, and charge entry Educate patients, families, students, and coworkers Participate in student mentorship and continuous professional development Uphold safety protocols, from patient handling to infection control and workplace hazard identification Remain in good professional standing, following all regulatory and practice guidelines
