As a Physical Therapist, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals recovering from illness or injury, playing a key role in their rehabilitation journey.

Schedule:

Day shifts: 5x8s (8:00am - 4:30pm) Weekend requirement: 1 weekend per month Potential for holiday coverage No on-call responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in inpatient hospital-based physical therapy Current SC or Multi State Compact Physical Therapist License valid at contract start Active BLS certification Previous travel assignment experience (first-time travelers will not be considered) Demonstrated proficiency in providing therapy within hospital settings

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and treat patients in a 28-bed inpatient rehab unit, creating and executing individualized treatment plans Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes Accurately document care using Epic electronic medical records system Ensure safe, evidence-based interventions aligned with facility standards Participate in facility initiatives, including possible emergency assignments during hurricane season, if applicable
