Day shift; variable schedule Weekend and holiday requirements apply (comp days are provided) Self-scheduling is not permitted

Key Qualifications:

Valid WI state license as a Physical Therapist (PT) BLS certification Experience in adult ICU, acute neuro, Level 1 or 2 trauma, orthopedic, and cardiac settings preferred Ability to complete mobility evaluations and detailed documentation justifying the next level of care Strong verbal and written communication skills Adaptable, collaborative, and team-oriented approach Previous work at this site requires at least a 6-month gap before new assignment

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide acute and inpatient rehabilitation services to adult and pediatric patients Rotate coverage across ICUs, trauma centers, inpatient rehab, and diverse medical/surgical units Complete patient evaluations and treatments, averaging 9 evaluations and 16 treatments per day Collaborate closely with other team members, rehab aides, and PTAs Wear professional, solid-color scrubs as per hospital policy Participate in tailored departmental orientations based on skill
