Schedule/Hours:
9-hour shifts, 4 days per week Rotating weekends Professional development is a key advantage of this position, as you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and interact with a broad spectrum of patients. Key Qualifications:
Active Physical Therapy license (must have license in hand prior to applying) Proven experience in a hospital therapy setting Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy interventions Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes Work closely with nurses, physicians, and other allied health professionals Educate patients and families on therapy goals, safety, and home exercises Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
