Required Qualifications:
Valid and current Physical Therapist (PT) license Minimum of one year of recent hospital-based therapy experience preferred Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Familiarity with individualized treatment plans and multidisciplinary teamwork BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Responsibilities:
Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized therapy interventions for diverse hospital patients Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize patient outcomes Document treatment sessions and progress in accordance with hospital policies Provide education to patients and families on therapy objectives, home programs, and safety Participate in care team meetings and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives
