Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans that support effective return to community activities. Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring quality of care and compliance with physician direction. Educate patients, families, students, and coworkers, serving as a positive role model. Maintain clear, concise, and timely documentation, including medical records, goal writing, and functional assessments. Uphold organizational standards, core values, and compliance policies, including patient and employee safety initiatives. Participate in professional development planning and continuing education activities. Supervise students and support their learning objectives during assignments. Adhere to state and federal regulations, maintaining licensure and fulfilling continuing education requirements.
What We're Looking For:
Valid PT licensure and good standing. Previous therapy experience in a hospital or outpatient setting preferred. Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills. Commitment to patient-centered care and safety. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a team-focused environment.
