Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions with a focus on effective discharge planning and return to community activities. Ensure safe delegation and oversight of therapy services, collaborating closely with colleagues and supervising students when assigned. Act as an educator to patients, families, students, and peers, promoting a culture of knowledge-sharing and patient-centered care. Maintain medical record documentation that is timely, thorough, and compliant with clinical standards and regulatory guidelines. Uphold strict adherence to state practice acts, professional standards, and organizational safety and compliance protocols. Support continuous quality improvement initiatives and engage in personal professional development.
Preferred Qualifications:
Valid and current state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Experience in outpatient or hospital therapy settings preferred. Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills. Commitment to safety, integrity, and professional growth.
