Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Georgia (or eligibility) Prior experience in outpatient or hospital-based therapy is preferred Strong communication, documentation, and organizational abilities Evidence of ongoing professional development through continuing education Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams Commitment to high standards of patient care, ethics, and compliance
Key Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive evaluations and design individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs, goals, and physician directions Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy and provide effective patient and family education Implement functional therapy programs to facilitate safe and effective community reintegration Maintain detailed and timely medical documentation in accordance with state, federal, and clinic guidelines Promote and uphold a culture of safety for patients and colleagues in all aspects of clinic operations Mentor students, participate in professional development planning, and maintain active licensure and certifications
