Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist and in good standing. Experience in an outpatient or hospital setting preferred. Commitment to patient and employee safety; knowledge of infection control and safe patient/materials handling. Strong documentation and clinical reasoning skills; familiarity with medical record systems a plus. Capacity to educate patients, families, students, and colleagues. Dedication to ongoing professional development, self-initiative in learning, and willingness to participate in performance improvement.
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans. Document assessments, plans, and progress notes accurately and timely. Facilitate a safe care environment, adhering to strict safety protocols and organizational values. Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients. Contribute to staff education and student program participation. Maintain compliance with pertinent state and federal regulations, professional standards, and clinic guidelines.
