As a nursing professional in a Level II Trauma Pediatric ICU, you will join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to exceptional pediatric care. Schedule/Hours:
7:00 AM-7:00
PM Qualifications:
Current RN license with at least 1 year of acute care hospital PICU RN experience Active BLS and PALS certifications CRRT experience, APHON certification, or prior work in a pediatric teaching hospital preferred Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and prioritize patient care
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to pediatric ICU patients with a 2:1 patient ratio Collaborate with intensivists, respiratory therapists, dietary teams, and case management Perform critical procedures such as IV starts, blood draws, and TPT placements Utilize general CR monitoring equipment and chart using Meditech/CPN EMR Contribute skill and compassion in a collaborative, supportive teaching hospital environment
