Schedule/Hours:

Day shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM On-call required with a 30-minute response time

Key Qualifications:

Active RN license with a minimum of 1 year of recent acute care PACU experience Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong adaptability and ability to remain calm under pressure Exceptional patient-focused attitude

Preferred:

Experience with Meditech EMR and flexibility with scheduling

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional, compassionate care for post-anesthesia patients in a bustling recovery unit Monitor and assess patient status during the crucial post-op period Work closely with a multidisciplinary team—1 charge nurse, 12 RNs by day, supported by seasoned staff Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition, utilizing advanced equipment and new technologies Participate in a variety of procedures, including craniotomies and orthopedic recoveries, enhancing your clinical expertise Follow updated policies and maintain best practices for patient safety and satisfaction
