Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Valid RN license, in good standing Minimum of 1-2 years recent psychiatric/mental health nursing experience Current BLS certification Strong critical thinking and crisis management abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Adaptability to fast-changing environments and diverse patient populations
