Essential Responsibilities:
Accurately verify patient identification using two identifiers and confirm procedures by reviewing orders, obtaining clarifications as needed, and maintaining proper documentation Uphold strict standards of patient confidentiality and comply with all institutional policies Demonstrate exemplary patient care by thoroughly explaining procedures, answering questions, and alleviating patient anxiety Maintain technical proficiency by selecting and applying appropriate settings and positioning for imaging based on patient needs Verify all images are high-quality and successfully uploaded into the PACS system for review Display expertise with C-Arm/Fluoro equipment during pain management and other specialized procedures Ensure equipment is monitored throughout use, maintaining patient safety and operational readiness Efficiently manage workflow to complete procedures in a timely manner, adapting to the complexity of cases
Desired Qualifications:
Valid Radiologic Technologist credentials and appropriate ARRT certification Proficient in general radiology procedures and multiple imaging modalities Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Experience operating diverse imaging equipment (as listed on competency checklist)
