Professional development thrives here. You'll work independently during weekend midnight shifts, gaining hands-on experience and insight into a variety of imaging protocols and leadership styles. This exposure will bolster your resume, allowing you to learn unique departmental workflows and interface closely with radiologists and medical teams.
Schedule:
Friday to Sunday, 7:00pm - 7:30am (Weekend midnights) No call required Every weekend required
Role Highlights:
Perform MRI studies independently, ensuring compliance with all safety and technical standards Utilize the PACS system efficiently for imaging management and communication Maintain IV/Contrast competency and check MRI schedules with Radiologists to confirm scan protocols Contribute to clerical and office duties, ensuring smooth departmental operation Operate without OR or Fluoro responsibilities
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or relevant certification ARRT Certification in Radiology and MRI required IEMA Licensure Current CPR certification Minimum one year of technical imaging experience preferred
Desirable Certifications:
Facilities in the region may require or value:
BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS
