Qualifications:
Certification as a Radiation Therapist Previous experience in radiation therapy settings required Proficiency with
IGRT, SBRT
treatments, and portal imaging Ability to perform and train on CT simulation, respiratory gating, and use of immobilization devices Familiarity with MOSAIQ, McKesson, and radiation safety practices
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver prescribed radiation therapy with precision, ensuring continuous patient communication during procedures Conduct daily and monthly QA for LINAC and CT equipment Carry out accurate CT/simulations and construct immobilization devices; use IV contrast and simulation equipment as needed Lead as needed in CT simulation training, SBRT procedures, QA processes, and compliance documentation Maintain meticulous electronic records in MOSAIQ, verifying treatment plans and participating in interdisciplinary rounds Uphold all safety, procedural, and emergency protocols; report equipment malfunctions promptly
