As a traveler assigned to two advanced radiation therapy clinics in the Wilmington coastal region, you'll collaborate with experienced teams while utilizing state-of-the-art technology, such as Varian linacs and CT simulators. Schedule/Hours:

Shifts:

5x8s (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, occasionally 9:00 am-6:00 pm) or 4x10s depending on clinic needs 40 hours per week guaranteed No call, no weekends, and no floating outside of specified clinic locations 13-week contract assignments

Desired Experience/Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Radiation Therapist Experience with adult acute care, CT Simulation, MRI, PET scan, tumor localization, and custom shield/molds Familiarity with Pinnacle (Philips), Eclipse (Varian), IMRT, ARIA, Varian equipment, and related devices

Required Certifications:

BLS, ARRT

First-time travelers and local candidates accepted

Responsibilities:

Deliver safe and effective external beam radiation therapy treatments Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, and therapy colleagues Accurately perform patient simulations, imaging, and quality assurance protocols Rotate coverage between two local clinic locations as needed Comply with all safety procedures, utilize lift/transfer devices, and respond appropriately to emergencies
