Category Radiation Therapy - Radiation Therapist Job Type Travel Nestled in the charming region near Mayville, Wisconsin, this travel assignment presents an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Radiation Therapist to enjoy the vibrant blend of small-town atmosphere and scenic Midwest landscapes. Shifts/Schedule:
Monday through Friday Day shift, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (5x8-hour shifts) This assignment offers the chance to expand your expertise by collaborating with teams that leverage advanced technology and innovative oncology treatment practices. Exposure to different clinical and leadership styles will help you broaden your professional toolkit, providing valuable insight for career advancement.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Radiation Therapist Certification from the American Board of Radiology Specialized knowledge in Radiation Therapy Physics MS or PhD from a CAMPEP-approved program Proficient with Varian products: Truebeam (including service mode), Aria, Eclipse Experience with Radformation and Sun Nuclear Products Familiarity with Portal Dosimetry workflow
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver precise, high-quality radiation therapy treatments using cutting-edge equipment Collaborate with oncologists and medical physicists to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Maintain accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory policies Operate and troubleshoot Varian and related radiation therapy systems Uphold the highest standards in patient safety, privacy, and customer service
