Requirements:
Associate's Degree in Radiation Therapy required; Bachelor's Degree preferred State licensure as a Radiation Therapist (active and in good standing) ARRT Radiation Therapy certification (preferred) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred) Minimum 1+ year of continuous clinical experience in radiation therapy Proficiency with ARIA, EPIC, ExacTrac, Eclipse, and integrated Radiation Oncology/Hospital Information Systems Demonstrated expertise with radiation therapy equipment and tools Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong ability to handle sensitive/confidential information
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver precise radiation therapy as prescribed and support patient care throughout treatment Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot radiation delivery equipment, ensuring safety and accuracy Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes Accurately document treatments and patient progress using designated software systems Provide comfort, information, and support to patients and families
