Schedule/Hours:
Full-time, flexible schedule according to patient and department needs
Key Qualifications:
ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy State license as required Experience with linear accelerator and HDR operation preferred Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety Strong communication and patient focus
Key Responsibilities:
Review patient prescriptions to determine treatment scope and history Safely position patients using immobilization devices and treatment accessories as prescribed Operate treatment machines precisely and administer ionizing radiation per physician instruction Confirm and document prescribed radiation doses and treatment sessions in patient charts Perform patient localization and ongoing imaging as required Facilitate appointment coordination and refer patients to appropriate support services Rotate through various treatment areas and maintain cleanliness, linen, and medical supplies Participate in quality assurance routines and support clinical education for students
