Associate's Degree in Radiation Therapy required (Bachelor's preferred) Valid Radiation Therapist state license ARRT-T (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) preferred BLS certification preferred Minimum of 1 year of continuous clinical experience in radiation therapy Proven proficiency with radiation therapy equipment and software Ability to establish strong professional relationships with patients, peers, and physicians Strong conflict-resolution, problem-solving, and customer service skills Commitment to patient confidentiality and safetyKey Responsibilities:
Administer precise therapeutic radiation treatments per physician orders Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment and related technology Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date patient records in oncology information systems Uphold the highest safety, quality, and confidentiality standards for all patients Collaborate effectively with the care team to optimize patient outcomesBenefits & Perks:
