Key Responsibilities:

Authenticate patient identity using two unique identifiers, matching requisition and chart Validate correctness of orders, seek clarifications as needed, and document accurately Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy standards at every step Complete annual training and provide age-appropriate care, meeting the specific needs of all patients Welcome patients, assist with preparing for procedures, and explain each process clearly to ease anxiety Consistently select suitable technical settings for each procedure, accurately positioning patients Ensure all images are high quality and successfully transferred to PACS before submission for radiologist interpretation Demonstrate proficiency with C-Arm/Fluoroscopy equipment, especially during pain management procedures Maintain a thorough understanding of all imaging equipment listed in the Competency Skills Checklist Sustain focus on both patient well-being and equipment throughout procedures Complete imaging tasks efficiently, adapting to complexity and patient condition

Desired Qualifications:

Certified Radiologic Technologist with active credentials Prior experience in general radiology; experience with pain management procedures is a plus Strong communication and patient-care skills Proficiency with digital imaging systems Demonstrated commitment to professional standards and patient confidentiality
