Job Description

Category Respiratory - Registered Respiratory Therapist Job Type Travel Step into an impactful role as a Registered Respiratory Therapist, delivering expert care in a dynamic hospital environment. The position features a 3x12 night schedule (6:45 p.m. - 7:15 a.m.) with every other weekend and holiday rotation. Candidates must be comfortable floating within all hospital units, including labor and delivery, to meet patient care needs.

3x12-hour nights (6:45 p.m. - 7:15 a.m.) Every other weekend required Holiday rotation included Guaranteed hours, with the facility allowed to call off one shift every two weeks
Qualifications:
Current South Carolina RCP license in hand at time of start Registered Respiratory Therapist credential (NBRC RRT); no CRT accepted BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications, all current and in hand Minimum of 2 years recent critical care experience Floating within hospital (including labor and delivery) required; must remain within scope of practice Experience with Epic charting preferred Not open to first-timers or local candidates (within 60 miles)
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory and cardiac conditions Deliver high-quality care to diverse patient populations, including critical care and labor/delivery Record and document patient information using Epic systems Adhere to protocols during potential hurricane response (June-November) Maintain professionalism while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
