Category Nursing - RN - CVOR Job Type Travel Nestled in the charming town of Hanover, NH, this travel nursing opportunity places you in one of New England's most picturesque regions. Surrounded by the rolling hills and vibrant communities of the Upper Valley, you'll get the chance to balance your professional journey with incredible outdoor adventures, from hiking and kayaking in the summer to skiing in the winter. Hanover is a cultural and recreational gem, offering lively arts scenes and dining while creating the perfect backdrop for meaningful downtime. This travel assignment provides a unique route to boost your professional portfolio. Working in a state-of-the-art facility with 26 advanced operating suites exposes you to a broad range of inpatient and outpatient surgical services—spanning ENT, orthopedics, cardiac/thoracic, robotics, and more—across all age groups from neonates to seniors. The diversity of caseloads, technologies, and interdisciplinary teams is an ideal environment to learn new surgical techniques and experience varied leadership styles, laying the foundation for further career growth and advancement.
Schedule/Hours:
Four 10-hour day shifts per week Off-shift/on-call requirement: 4 to 5 shifts during a 13-week contract (12-hour shifts or on-call, day or night)Qualifications:
Valid RN license Minimum of 4 years' recent CVOR experience required Must be proficient in both scrubbing and circulating roles; candidates with circulation-only experience will not be considered Proven ability to manage complex surgical cases for diverse populations (neonate through geriatric) Current BLS and ACLS certificationsResponsibilities:
Provide expert patient care before, during, and after cardiovascular surgeries Scrub and circulate for a variety of surgical procedures within a collaborative environment Coordinate and communicate with surgeons, anesthesia, and perioperative teams Maintain strict adherence to aseptic technique and safety protocols Deliver care that prioritizes patient safety, dignity, and positive outcomesBenefits & Perks:
