Key Qualifications:

Active RN license (Illinois or compact state) Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) nursing Current BLS and ACLS certifications Demonstrated proficiency with cardiovascular surgical procedures and technology Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced surgical environments
