Work Schedule:
Average of 70+ hours per four weeks, with some variability One Friday, one Saturday, and one Sunday shift per scheduling cycle
Qualifications & Experience:
RN license, current and in good standing Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR experience required Prior travel nursing experience preferred Strong skills in cardiovascular surgical procedures and perioperative nursing Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Key Responsibilities:
Scrub and circulate in CVOR cases, providing direct patient care and maintaining surgical asepsis Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff for optimal patient outcomes Ensure all documentation, patient monitoring, and safety protocols are accurately followed Adapt quickly to new workflows and facility-specific guidelines
