Key Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 1 year recent Emergency Room (ER) nursing experience Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications Strong critical thinking and assessment skills Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver prompt, efficient, and compassionate care to patients with urgent or acute conditions Conduct patient triage, monitor vitals, and perform physical assessments Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Document patient status, assessment, interventions, and outcomes using electronic health records Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, safety protocols, discharge instructions, and follow-up care Support the safety and wellbeing of patients in rapidly changing circumstances and emergencies
