Schedule & Hours:

7:00 PM - 7:00 AM shifts 36 hours guaranteed weekly Four weekend shifts every four weeks No call requirements

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Active RN license Minimum 2 years recent Emergency Department nursing experience

Certifications:

ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC

Trauma and pediatric experience highly desirable Positive, team-oriented attitude; adaptability and resilience essential

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive assessment, triage, and nursing care for all ED patient types—trauma, cardiac, psychiatric, pediatric, and more Manage caseloads with ratios such as 4:1 pod patients, 2:1 critical, 6:1 fast track Skillfully operate ED equipment and documentation using Cerner EHR Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize care and ensure safe transitions
