Travel assignment (specific schedule provided upon interview) May include on-call shifts or floating to other departments, within scope of competency

Desired Qualifications:

Valid RN license Emergency Room (ER) nursing experience Current

BLS/ACLS

certification Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities Proven ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments Flexibility to adapt to different units or shifts as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Independently perform nursing functions and delegated medical procedures in accordance with state and facility standards Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care throughout the ER Collect and assess health data for ongoing patient evaluation Provide health education, counseling, and supportive therapies Deliver direct and indirect patient care, including delegation and supervision when appropriate Document all care in alignment with hospital and regulatory requirements Effectively use available resources to support patient outcomes Support the core values and mission of the healthcare organization
