Qualifications:

Current and unrestricted RN license Minimum of 1 year of recent experience working in an Emergency Room setting Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required Proven ability to assess, triage, and respond to urgent medical situations Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with acute and emergent conditions Rapidly assess patient status, perform triage, and implement appropriate interventions Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to manage patient care Monitor vital signs, record observations, administer medications, and provide ongoing education to patients and families Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in accordance with facility protocols Adhere to safety and infection control standards while managing multiple priorities
