The facility's Emergency Department includes 11 Main ED beds, a 6-bed Fast Track, a 7-bed Observation Unit, and assignments that rotate through Triage, Quick Registration, Covid Tent, and Entry Screening. You'll further develop your adaptability and leadership skills by working side-by-side with experienced clinicians while navigating the complexities of multiple areas within the ED—perfect for broadening your expertise and bolstering your resume. When not on shift, your "7 on, 7 off" schedule lets you make the most of your downtime—whether it's hiking nearby canyons, discovering local art, or enjoying quiet reflection in the breathtaking scenery.

Schedule/Hours:

Typical schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off; alternating 36 hours one week, 48 hours the next Night shift (7p-7a) Some flexibility required as shift times may occasionally change based on unit needs

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years recent RN experience in Emergency Room required Active, unencumbered RN license

Certifications:

AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS or

ENPC, TNCC

; conscious sedation (can be obtained on-site) Willingness to float to qualified departments and adapt to shifting assignments

Responsibilities:

Provide patient care across Main ED, Fast Track, Observation Unit, and other assigned ED areas Participate in Covid testing and immunization clinics as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver top-quality care Assist with both direct clinical tasks and supportive roles, as needed
