As a Registered Nurse in a fast-paced 65-bed Emergency Department, you'll gain invaluable experience collaborating within a pod-based structure that includes distinct pediatric and acute mental health areas. Exposure to a wide spectrum of patient populations and workplace practices will broaden your clinical skills, while working with a spectrum of skilled healthcare leaders can enhance both your practice and your resume. Schedule/Hours:
Night shift 36 hours per week Every other weekend required
Essential Qualifications:
Valid RN license Minimum of 2 years' Emergency Nursing experience AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (NRP and TNCC strongly preferred) Proficiency in general ED nursing: assessment, documentation, IV, phlebotomy, EKG, cardiac monitoring, point-of-care testing, splinting, critical thinking, and patient education Experience with
EPIC ASAP
charting system (preferred) Flexible about floating as needed across ED pods Able to care for a diverse range of patients (clinician to patient ratio is 1:4)

Deliver high-quality emergency care for patients of all ages and backgrounds Accurately document in
EPIC ASAP
Respond with critical thinking in challenging, high-volume conditions Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across pods Adapt to occasional rotating shifts, though this night role does not rotate
