Orientation:

24 hours Travel assignment with 100-mile residency requirement Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care to adults and geriatrics on the Med-Surg/Telemetry unit, following evidence-based practices. Monitor vital signs, assess changes in patient condition, and respond to clinical changes promptly; administer medications and therapies per physician orders. Manage IV therapy, including IV lines, PICC/Central lines as applicable, and coordinate with IV teams and pharmacy. Provide post-operative care, manage sepsis, respiratory failure, AKI, trauma, and other acute medical conditions; participate in isolation precautions as indicated. Support airway management (including HFNC, BiPAP, non-invasive ventilation) and wound care (including wound VAC) as required; perform chest tube care when needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (PT, Respiratory, Radiology, Social Services, Pharmacy, Rapid Response, transportation, interpreting services) to optimize patient outcomes; document thoroughly in Epic per regulatory standards. Requirements Active RN license in Idaho BLS certification; ACLS within 12 months of hire 1-2 years Med-Surg/Telemetry experience preferred; will accept 1 year Epic EMR experience required; strong documentation skills Ability to work Nights (3x12-hour shifts) and float within unit competencies Travel experience preferred 100-mile radius rule: must reside at least 100 miles from the assignment location Benefits and Support Dedicated account manager support throughout the assignment Credentialing and onboarding assistance Orientation provided (24 hours) 24/7 recruiter and travel support Find more opportunities Find more opportunities at
