Key Qualifications:

Current and valid RN license Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Med-Surg Oncology nursing BLS certification required; OCN certification is highly valued Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to oncology patients in a medical-surgical setting Administer chemotherapy, monitor for side effects, and provide patient education Collaborate closely with physicians, nurse leaders, and interdisciplinary team members Assess and document patient conditions and progress accurately Support patients and families through cancer treatment and recovery
